  • Registration, accommodation and transportation requests will be confirmed upon the receipt of the proof of payment for registration, accommodation or transportation services. Please send your payment receipts to erdem@netmicetr.com to complete your registration.
  • For payments with credit card, meeting secretariat will provide you with a Mail Order Payment Form upon request. 3% commission will apply to all credit card payments.

  • Check in to the hotel will start on June 23rd at 14:00 and check out will be until 12:00 on June 26th.
  • Accommodation at Corinthia Hotel Prag is booked for 3 nights/half board. Accommodation package is set for 3 nights stay and full package rates will apply for shorter stays, as well.
Transportation 65 € ONE WAY

Transportation services are provided for arrivals on June 23rd and departures on June 26th . Airport to hotel and hotel to airport transportation fee is 65 €. Please contact NETKON (PCO) for arrangements that require booking for other dates than mentioned above.

Cancellation Policy
  • 100% of the payment will be reimbursed for cancellations made until April 30th.
  • 50% of the payment will be reimbursed for cancellations made between April 30th – May 15th.
  • There will be no reimbursements for cancellations made after May 15th.
  • Cancellations must be corresponded via written means.
  • Reimbursements due to approved cancellations will be made after the meeting is over.
  • In case the meeting is cancelled, postponed to 2023 or held online due to Covid 19 or any other pandemic reasons, rights for all items that are paied for will be preserved. If the revised meeting conditions suggest different rates for purchased items, the difference will be reimbursed accordingly. Cancellation policy conditions of the current date will be applied if any cancellations made due to pandemic reasons.
